Trans Day of Visibility - March 31, 2022

TransCollective officially went public on March 30th, 2022 by tabling in Red Square for Trans Day of Visibility. Both days, March 30th and 31st, TCUW was providing access to resources on campus and information about WA State laws regarding how to change one's name and/or gender marker. By tabling in Red Square, TCUW was showing support for Trans individuals in the UW community. By tabling in such a high traffic area like Red Square TCUW aims to be visible to the community and show that Trans people not only exist, but are to be celebrated.
